Publikácia predstavuje tlačený prepis rozsiahleho rukopisného materiálu, ktorý bol pôvodne spracovaný na základe cisárskej iniciatívy a slúžil ako pomôcka pre právnikov, sudcov a študentov práva v Uhorsku. A legal work from the reign of Maria Theresa, which collects and organizes the court decisions (decisiones curiales) of the Hungarian Royal Curia from the year 1769. The publication represents a printed transcript of extensive manuscript material originally compiled on the initiative of the Empress and intended as a handbook for lawyers, judges, and students of law in Hungary. The book contains numerous precedents and judgments used in the application of Hungarian customary and feudal law and became a foundation for legal practice at the end of the 18th and the beginning of the 19th century. – Title page with a woodcut of the Hungarian state coat of arms beneath a crown and mantle. – Paper somewhat wavy, only occasional spotting.
